Still seeing this message. Any idea when the plugin will be available to download again?

I’m getting another notification regarding this plugin in my WP Dashboard:

“Defender Pro has detected a vulnerability in this plugin that may cause harm to your site.
WP Database Backup < 5.9 – Admin+ Stored Cross-Site Scripting
The vulnerability has been fixed in version 5.9. We recommend that you update this plugin accordingly.”

Sure would like to get 5.9.

I haven’t tried it myself yet, but others there have.

I updated the plugin, but still have the same issues, even though the console is not showing the sourcemap errors. How do I provide credentials so you can have a look?

I’ve removed the code as suggested. I’ve cleared my cache on the site, and in my browser, but it’s still show the error.

When I double checked the files in question, they are showing the updated version with the code removed, but obviously something is still stuck in the cache somewhere.

I don’t have access to cpanel to be able to clear the server cache. Do I just have to wait until it updates?

Also, are we sure that this is what’s causing the issue with the dropdown box not working so I can select fields to include in the table?

I had this same issue, though with the plugin activated the Product Edit or Product Add screen would open, but none of the editing features were available, and the secondary box for additional information on the product wasn’t even visible. It was pretty messy. Deactivating my plugins one at a time revealed this plugin to be the culprit.

I also increased the PHP memory_limit by adding the line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
to my wp-config.php file.

This seems to have resolved the display/functionality issue with the products.

I was waiting for my theme to update to be compatible with WordPress 5.7 before updating the WooCommerce plugins because I’ve broken my site in the past by updating past where my theme was compatible. However, I decided to go ahead and update the plugins, thinking it might fix this issue, and it seems to have resolved things.

I updated the plugins associated with Woocommerce:
WooCommerce itself
WooCommerce Admin
WooCommerce Shipping & Tax

and the notification to connect went away. Maybe this fixed it.

I also updated the WordPress account to have the same email address as the admin user profile on the website. But it was still showing the connection notification after that. So I think it was updating the plugins that fixed the issue.

The names are showing in the logs, but they were not pulled into the list on Constant Contact.

The error is not showing now, but it seems to pop up every time we get a new subscriber.

Further check within our CC account shows that the email addresses for the entries on Sept 25, 30, and Oct 20 were captured, but the names were not.

The entry from Oct 7 isn’t showing as being added on that day in the Newsletter list. However, there is a similar contact on other lists, though the first name is different than what was put in for the newsletter.

The subscription request from today did capture email, first, and last name.

I’ve gone back in an added the names from the debug logs to the contacts in CC.

Same issue. I’ve deactivated my caching plugin (Hummingbird Pro) but it didn’t change anything…

As far as I can tell from our testing so far, that change has corrected the issues.

The last entries in the debug log indicate success:

Regardless of whether I used the original (1st) keys for both plugins, or if I used the 1st for Contact Form 7 and the new keys for CC, the reCAPTCHA would fail.

2) Hopefully it’s a bug that can be caught.

3) Personally, I definitely a pirate, deep down inside. I know this. I’m ok with it. Thankfully, reCAPTCHA is only trying to deter bots. ??

1. The site keys did match. I checked 3 times.

2. I first received the errors when I had only one set of keys, and therefore was using the same set for both Contact Form 7 AND CC.

SO, I thought maybe they needed their own keys. And I set up a new pair of keys for CC, updated the plugin with the new key info. And STILL received the error.

The only way I was able to eliminate the error was to deactivate Contact Form 7.

I can confirm that only one change was made:

my account was upgraded from a Campaign Creator to an Account Manager.

With that change, the errors went away, the disclosure information is all showing up properly, and the form is accepting submissions.
