In reply to: [Gutenberg] no worth@lotgrafix, there are ways you could share your uber skills, yo do know that right? there’s GitHub for instance…so how about that you start contributing something of substance instead of your boring rethoric?
And what other opinions are you talking about? the hundreds of one-liner reviews? yeah, very good data set…

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Who is this for?!In a new paragraph, press ‘/’, select Blockquote, write your quote, done. In less time than in TinyMCE. Maybe if you had taken the time to actually learn how to do it in Gutenberg, you woulnd’t be quoting a very stupid way of doing it.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] DisappointedYou don’t have to break your post into blocks from the start, this is one of the greatest misconceptions about Gutenberg; use Classic editor block, paste your monolithic content, slice and dice it every way you want, and then if you want to, convert it to blocks.
Really, it’s not an issue.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Amazing Leap BackwardAnd the devs are supposed to listen to your “review”? what part of it? there is not a single helpful thing for the devs in it. The real problem is that there are many users like you: people that a) don’t like Gutenberg and also b) don’t contribute *nothing* but negativity (“it sucks”, “amazing leap backward”, “don’t use it”, etc.)
And you know what’s the saddest part? it’s not the good reviews that matter the most, the bad ones are where the real gold is, at least for developers, but sadly 90% (maybe more) of people that dislike Gutenberg have contributed nothing to it, but rubbish.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] In one word, NO! Please read FULL reviewNeither with Gutenberg + Markdown (speaking strictly about text & formatting).

In reply to: [Gutenberg] In one word, NO! Please read FULL reviewPeople complain too much about nothing. For content writing, use Markdown for formatting, voilá, “click on + sign” problem solved. Or use the Classic Block, finish all your writing inside it and then click on options > Convert to blocks, problem solved again. I don’t see how clicking a “+” button that never changes its position is slower than clicking buttons in different positions in the past.
Something like Blocks > Formatting > Classic?
You have 100 more work oportunities. I don’t understand how do you see this as a negative.

Most of you guys really have to explore Gutenberg a little more.

Thanks in advance.

In reply to: From multisite to single siteI’ve seen that guide, but it covers subsites, which don’t matter in my case. I just want to know if someone has back stepped the multisite setup.
Thanks anyway t-p!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] JetPack 5.1 crashes my siteI recommend the WP Rollback plugin to everyone with this problem (like me): it adds a “Rollback” link to most active plugins in the Plugin view, so when you click on it it lets you choose wich version to downgrade to. Works great, no more FTPing or going through your panel to upload a previous version of a plugin. Disclaimer: I’m not affiliated in any way to the plugin or anything like that.
And just by the way, I believe it’s a incompatibility with PHP 5.3.x…it’s the only constant in every report I’ve seen so far.
Hope it helps.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] JetPack 5.1 crashes my siteI’ve seen very few reports, all of them are running on PHP 5.3, just like me…
Ugh…I’m having this error as well in my backend…when I try to place a manual order I can’t get a listing of clients…any word on when this is going to be fixed?
Thanks in advance to anyone who answers.
P.S. I’m not using the Advanced Addons for Visual Composer. I’m using Kleo theme, Paid Memberships Pro, WooCommerce and a bunch of plugins, everything (including WP) is fully updated.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Account reuseHi:
Both are under the same WP. I haven’t asked PMPro about it. I’ve been doing tests, and while logged in is logged in under the same WP, account values don’t get copied when you switch to the WooCommerce store; that is, you get to the store checkout and when you try to pay you get a message that Billing name is required. I suppose that I could copy those values (I only need name and email) before checkout through WC hooks, but I haven’t tried that…

Used the default cache period. Just changed it to 8, I’ll be checking if it works. I’m not using any other cache plugin. Site is tocajazz.com.
Thanks in advance!
