Thank you for your response. As it turns out, I was at fault there — the email address on my account was mistyped ???♂? I am curious as to how I was able to purchase a premium product with a mistyped email address, but that is neither here nor there. Thank you for your assistance in this matter, I have just sent a new support ticket. Please could you confirm here once you’ve replied so I can ensure I do receive it. Once I confirm receipt of the support response I will mark this ticket as resolved.
