In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Display podcasts with their imageThanks. I went the long way around and used a post carousel that let me choose that post type and featured image.
Update: It only seems to affect anonymous users. When I log in and create an event on the frontend form, i get the datepicker and can submit. When I am not logged in, the datepicker doesn’t work.

Same thing here. Disabled all plugins and as I re-enabled one by one, it’s PLUS that’s causing the white error screen.

In reply to: [GigPress] Wordfence/TEC/Gigpress discontinued?My issue is, there are no fields to import the venue address etc data into, (or link them to the shows – that’s minor I can re-link). If there’s a way to import the venue data from the export file that GigPress offers, I’d love to know.
But when I import I am not offered any venue fields to match at all.

By default, there are three options for data types that can be imported using Event Aggregator.
- Events: Posts that will be identified as events to be published on The Events Calendar.
- Organizers: Data for saved event organizers that can be associated with an event.
- Venues: Data for saved event locations that can be attached to events.
“If you are planning to import venue and organizer information with your events, then you will need to import the CSV file for those venues and organizers before importing events. This will ensure that the data for both venues and organizers are available so Event Aggregator knows what information to associate with an event when it is imported.”
…but your EXPORT of Gigpress only offers choices as to Band, Tours, and Dates ranges. No option to export venues at all – and this is a HUGE issue as venues have so much associated with them in Gigpress – address, city, state, phone, web site, etc.I’m not switching until I can do so without retyping everything. We’ve used Gigpress for years and have many, many shows there, and we do use the previous shows and of course use the venues to avoid retyping address etc every time.
The problem is not with the import options, the problem is with the export. options.I am a fan of The Events Calendar, I have a Pro subscription for another site. But it is NOT thus far a good substitute for GigPress.

First step is export from Gigpress – chose everything.
On import, it’s now asking me if I was importing venues. shows or organizers and the only export I was offered was shows. Import says important to do venues first.
It seems venue info camein the big export. But I can’t map venue address, city,state etc to any fields in the import screen.
The “how to” guide needs a little updating, espeically if everyone is now trying to switch…..It’s a wp-cron issue – thank you.
I can still only replace or remove the photos on the user edit screen, i can’t rotate them.
I did check that box.

it’s resolved in that i am capable of editing css – though clearly i need help sometimes – but it’s not resolved in that it’s ridiculous that i have to do so to make such basic changes.
Fixed the error, thank you. However, checkbox options are still grey.

Paragraph up top and checkbox options are still grey. Both are getting the grey from um-styles.css?ver=2.5.3 which of course I could edit but then it will get overwritten in the next update.
WHY would anyone design like this???
