That did it.

It took some doing, working with GoDaddy support and following the steps from Akos Szelenyi on this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17758622/how-do-i-enable-pdo-in-cpanel-using-easy-apache

It’s working perfectly now. And it did save all the previous form submissions since it was installed.

Additionally, now when I attempt to access the Save Contact Form 7, instead of the loading screen looping indefinitely, I get a JavaScript alert which reads:

And it seems to be triggered by an attempted POST action to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php returning a 500 (Internal Server Error) message due to a call from load_scripts.php:4

No. Running phpinfo(); returns Configure Command: “… ‘–disable-pdo’ …”

CF7 Version: 4.3.1
Save CF7 Version: 1.5

Edit: Just updated to Save CF7 1.6, same issue.
