I am having this same issue if no video is given, it doesn’t set the lesson as completed for lesson type. Or is there a way to set pdf-specific courses?

Also, is there a way to make the video lessons to autoplay?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I wish you could implement this as soon as possible.

My other question is, is it possible for students of a particular course to be managed by the instructor?

The instructor will see the number of students enrolled in a course and the instructor can manage the students from the instructor dashboard.

Also, Is it possible for the instructor to award points manually to the students?, this is because we want to migrate from a platform and we already have points for our students and we would like to award them their individual points.

Thanks for this, this was helpful.

I have four other questions.

1. Is it possible to set certificates designed by the admin to be available to the instructors? By this, the other templates will not be available to the instructors.
2. Can the admin set a default certificate used across the platform for all courses (all instructors included).
3. Is it possible for the instructors to connect their Zoom account to their dashboard and also create Zoom meetings from their dashboard ( will they need a pro account for this or will the admin need a pro account)?
4. Can we have a question bank?, here we can have lots of questions already, or from the questions already set up on the platform, the questions will be stored in a question bank, we can use these questions later easily with the help of the question bank.

1. I think seconds is better than minutes if we’re looking at making the timing in whole number, with this you give everyone the power to set their timing as they wish as it is easier to calculate timing in seconds than minutes, kindly look into this and made it as an update.
2. Understood, I could share my login details with you if you need to check on our site also, we are a masterstudy pro plus user.
3. We want to allow the students to retake the questions, showing the correct answers means we’re already telling them the answers, I think the best way to make things easier is to let the students know which of the questions they got right and wrong so that they will know which to retake.
4. Additionally, for instructors, there is no way for them to duplicate courses and lessons, and also, no way to delete a course. Kindly make this available as soon as possible.

Also, how can I change the favicon in masterstudy starter theme?

It is yet to work as it should and also, it doesn’t work with page builders no more. This is a very great and useful plugin, kindly us that find this plugin inevitable. Thanks.

After a thorough check-through, the SMTP is working fine, cron-job is set and working but emails are not still been sent. Kindly help, this is urgent, it has halted the business.

Emails from other plugins are been sent and received but emails sent from Groundhogg are not being delivered.
