Hey Paul,

When I visit your site it looks like Olark is up and running. I’ve seen issues similar to the one you describe due to caching on the web-server that takes some time to clear.

How did you end up resolving your issue?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will have a fix up shortly. In the meantime can you try saving your settings for the plugin? That should force the settings to save a value for that key.
