thats the only version number i saw in the file… so how do I upgrade it if I can’t get into wp-admin?

I no idea if it was updated or not, I just auto upgraded whatever wordpress told me to. I manually disabled the buddypress folder by renaming it and now I still can’t get in but get a different error

Figured it out myself.

added <?php wp_footer(); ?>

to the footer.
