Unfortunately E2Pdf can’t merge PDFs at this moment. It can only fill data to pre-made uploaded mapped PDF or created E2Pdf Template directly.

Unfortunately no, “rotation” option not yet available. We have this point already in our roadmap and as soon as this feature will be added, we will update this thread to notify you.

Can you check please, if you can export data from “E2Pdf” -> “Export” directly? Will it export data or PDF will remain empty? Recheck also please if you do not have forms with same “Admin Label” set and you have latest version of Divi Builder (Divi theme).

To turn off mail notification it must be enough just remove your email under input email field while form editing.

[e2pdf-download id="1"] shortcode can be used inside “Success Message” or “Email Message Pattern” to generate download link after form submission.

[e2pdf-view id="1"] shortcode can be used inside “Success Message” to show PDF after form submission.

[e2pdf-attachment id="1"] – can be used inside “Email Message Pattern”

* where 1 is the ID of your E2Pdf Template which is connected to your Divi Contact Form.

** “Success Message” or “Email Message Pattern” can be found while Divi Contact Form edit.

Unfortunately we could not replicate issue on our side and file name remains correctly while export.

1. What browser are you using?
2. What characters are you getting instead ?, ?, ?, é?
3. Did you put [meta key=”test”] inside “Settings” -> “PDF Name” while Template editing?
4. Did you setup utf8 encoding for your website? Check also please how ACF saving this values inside MYSQL table and if you have correct encoding with it.
5. If possible we need also some screenshots with the process of export, file name setup and result so we can try to replicate it.

1. Are you using pre-made PDF or PDF was created with “Auto PDF” feature?

2. Do you see other pages while editing Template?

If you created E2Pdf Template with “Auto PDF” feature or you do not see 2nd page while editing Template, you must re-generate E2Pdf Template. You can do this by going to “Edit Template” -> “Options” (Top-Right) -> “Auto PDF”. When new pages will be generated, remove first page as it will have duplicate content.

If you see 2nd page on your E2Pdf Template, recheck if you do not have any hide action at “Actions” and “Conditions” (“gear” icon) on pages which missed or “HTML” elements that have “Hide Page (If Empty)” checkbox set.

If you will still fail with solving issue, create please topic at our “Help Desk” with attached screenshots of your template, attached PDF (if it’s pre-made PDF). Thank you.

Unfortunately, we still can’t replicate an issue as we do not have enough information and shortcode working properly if set via “Text Editor” widget and E2Pdf Template connected to Extension: WordPress, Item: Page.

1. We need to know to which “Extension” and “Item” was E2Pdf Template connected.
2. How shortcode was inserted to page, which widget used, etc…
