I applied the css to get rid of the gray background but there is a lot of space around my slider. How do I get rid of that?

Thanks, I replaced the code and it works now. But now the images are showing up right. I created some 600×116 pixel images for the banner but they appear really small. Do you know how to fix that?

I tried to use the short code in a box provided by the the theme. That did not work. So now I am trying to hard code it into the theme through the header.php. But I haven’t had any luck yet.

I am also trying to hard code the slider at the bottom of my header. It isnt working. I tried this code

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[promoslider]’); ?>
and
echo do_shortcode(‘[promoslider]’);

I know the slider will work when I use the shortcode in a html widget.
