I’m using the free version, which is supposed to have the product list activated by default, as you can see in the screenshot below:

I can’t change this setting, so why isn’t the product list showing?

Is there any way to reset the plugin to the default settings?

I’m considering buying the premium version, but first I want to make sure the free version works fine before investing.

Thanks for your comments. I solved the issue by changing the plugin, since I never got word from the devs. It’s a shame, if the free version doesn’t work, how can we trust the paid one, right? My money got elsewhere…

Thank you very much @sslzen for your help! It worked! We run both plugins and the certificate part is ok, all the website is in HPPTS. But still we can’t activate SSL ZEN plugin. Same error. The certificate will expire soon and if we can’t activate the plugin, how will we renew the certificate?
