In reply to: [amr users] Can’t figure out how to add a filter using ACF fieldHI Anmari,
thank you for your new screen shots which are great.
I have it working but it is not under “Users”, it is under “Users -> Users: Detail”, is that the way it should be?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [amr users] Can’t figure out how to add a filter using ACF fieldThank anmari,
I have this tab fine but may be I am expecting something different from the plugin.
Here is what I am trying to do:
-I have a field from ACF called members status, with 2 options, active and inactive.
This is stored as a user meta and I can add it as a column to the users list /wp-admin/users.php
What I want to do is add an option to filter the list by choosing one of the 2 options.I this something your plugin does? I have purchased the plus version

In reply to: [amr users] Can’t figure out how to add a filter using ACF fieldHi,
Yes I have AMR users plus installed, I can see options there but not sure what to do after, the options are Manage fields for all lists | List level settings | Rebuild cache now | Edit headings | ViewForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Sites receiving tones of spam with recaptcha V3@andy LoCascio , thank you for the link, going back to version 2 with that many site will be difficult, the hack in the PHP file could be ideal but has it been fully tested on recaptcha V3?
It would be ideal to have an idea of when this will be fixed from the developers, if temporary, not a major issue but wondering with the Christmas period ahead could it be an issue with the next couple of weeks.Sorry, I have added to the wrong forum. I am actually fitting honeypot on those sites which I hope will help

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Confusing – Should be left as a pluginYes, when dealing with clients we normally separate the content areas (mostly using advanced custom fields) so they can change the text / images etc but are not able to add HTML elements.
With Gutenberg they can add elements which I fear they will not understand and may not work in all devices as the designer originally intended, for instance, we could add an image gallery in an area intended for text elements etc.
I also fear this will lead to users being able to create columns etc in future releases which is likely to lead to completely unexpected results.
I understand some people may like such tool but I read (if I understand it well) that by 2021 the classic editor will be removed, I just feel it will force us to use block editors which in my opinion just don’t suit everyone.I think by in large this is thinking of designers that want a system that will create the HTML for them but some of us want to keep control over this.
I also think this is not thinking about the end users. We may put the sites together as designers / developers but at the end of the day the users are the site owners, most of which are busy with other things and only make content changes occasionally, i just think it should be kept as simple as possible. Gutenberg will require learning for everyone and it just seems too much for basic users. When we complete a site we train customers on WP, I know for a fact that many would just find Gutenberg over complicated.
For the time being, I have found out how to disable it in the settings but I think the idea of removing the classic editor at some future stage needs a serious rethink.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce 3.3 Broke Category Pages & Display OptionsSame issue for me until declaring theme support in the theme function file:
//declare support for woo commerce add_action( 'after_setup_theme', 'woocommerce_support' ); function woocommerce_support() { add_theme_support( 'woocommerce' ); }
This fixed it for me

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping tax is not added at checkoutI have managed to fixed this, the tax rate was called 23%, by changing it to “higher rate” it worked. This is very strange, possibly a bug? but was the solution for me.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping tax is not added at checkoutHello,
Sorry for the late response. I am still having the same issue. I have deactivated all plugins and tested. The theme is ours, I have checked for potential issue in the functions but there is nothing relating to shipment costs, here is what I have in the settings:(it is for a flower shop, most products have a 13.5% VAT rate, the shipment should be at 23%)
Woocommerce >> general: deliver to specific locations: Ireland, Enable taxes is ticked
Woocommerce >> tax: Shipping tax class: 23%, under 23% rates the shipping option is ticked
Woocomemrce >> shipping: only one country, Ireland, flat rate is set with tax status TaxableForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping tax is not added at checkoutHello,
Yes I am still having the issue.
For the shipping I have shipping zones > Ireland with shipping methods delivery charge and free in store collection available. I have taxable selected for both.
I am not sure what you mean by “Could it be that there’s also a tax option that needs to be setup on the end of the shipping service?” ?Forum: Plugins
