Yes, I checked that file and I have this set to $table_prefix = 'wp_';

I took a look at the link you sent me, and I actually do have access to Dashboard; so my issue isn’t exactly like that person was having.

My issue comes when I try to view the Settings link on my installed Plugins; this is where I see that “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” message.
