I have the same problem. I try to create a shipment to Switzerland and I get the same message. There are some products with a weight of 1 g, but if a customer orders 20 pieces and other products (the total shipment is around 400 g), it should be possible. I have marked the products with 20 g per piece on a trial basis, but it still does not work. Other products with 20 g are accepted.

What can I do? Is it necessary to set kilogram as unit of measurement or are grams converted?

But with this plugin I feel the same as the previous speakers: If the shopping cart is empty, there are no products ?safed for later?.

vielen Dank, ja, die Shortcodes kenne ich. Ich tr?ume von einer Platzierung rechts oben neben der Rechnungsadresse. Das spart Platz. ?? K?nnte ich in einem Template entsprechendes erg?nzen? CSS kann ich.

Grund für meinen Wunsch ist, dass es bei manchen Kunden sinnvoll w?re, im Beleg die Lieferadresse zu zeigen. Typisches Beispiel: Der Schweizer Kunde, der grenznah an eine Adresse in D liefern l?sst. Da wird die deutsche MWSt. berechnet. Steht nur die Schweizer Rechnungsadresse auf dem Beleg, kann das zu Problemen führen.

Yes, that’s my problem, too.

It would be useful if the plugin only then accepts a package (and sends the shipment number to the customer!) if there is no offical error in the input. Sometimes customers enter names of cities that are not correct.

I have solved the problem in another way: Order number and Invoice number are now identical. The invoice number is provided with an Prefix, and therefore I can use Print Invoice and Delivery Note with a little change in the template:
