This sounds like a browser issue. If you can see the product once, that means the product is in our database. Try using a different browser, and see if the issue persists.
We see this issue sometimes on Chrome. Once Chrome is reinstalled the problem is solved!
If the issue persists, or if you come across any other problems, send us a support ticket! This way, we can get back to you sooner and solve your problem with more accuracy and efficiency ??

To answer all your questions:
Unfortunately, we do not work with the plugin Smart Coupons yet. However, we do build custom add-ons for our clients to meet their specific needs. If you would like to explore this option, please feel free to contact us here. I’m sure we can work out a great deal for you.
Yes! by using the Oliver POS Web Register, you will be able to send email receipts to clients directly after a sale.
We do have a privacy policy in place which I will be happy to share with you.
Currently, Oliver POS is directly integrated with Card Connect, 360 Payments and Global Payments. We are also working on integrating with more payment processors in the upcoming months. We hope to have Sumup on our list of payment processors in the near future.

We have been going through extensive changes in the last couple of months, and somehow your query in wordpress got missed. I would highly recommend that you give Oliver POS another try now, as I am positive you will not face the same login issue. We are absolutely selling to new customers, and we have plenty of users overseas! We admit previously our contact form was located under many tabs which made it hard for users to find. Now Oliver has a revamped site that makes navigation a breeze! All contact forms, support forms, and feature request forms are right at your fingertips.

We’ve just pushed live a big update. This should resolve the issue that you’re seeing with respect to adding variable products to the cart. When you get a second, grab the latest update and let us know if we’ve got it sorted out for you.

At the moment we can tell you that any sale processed through Oliver POS in a shop that is using myCRED will accumulate points to a customer, assuming they are added to the sale. So today, they could accrue points in person then you could push them toward your e-commerce shop to use the points they have accumulated.
In the future, we think it’s possible to set up a points system as a payment type (in a similar way to our store credit function) and allow the cashier to allocate points to a sale when completed in person.
We will keep you posted on progress towards the second part of this feature request.

I should have mentioned that getting WooCommerce Cost of Goods to work requires that the latest version of the Oliver POS plugin be installed (version 2.1.1 or later).

To set up your receipt customization, do the following:
* Visit app.oliverpos.com
* Click on Settings

We’re happy to let you know that integration with WooCommerce COG is in final pre-production testing and will be going live in our next plugin update. We expect to push that in the next couple of hours.
This integration is also going to work with our Park Sale and Layaway functions.
