Resolved the issue by disabling all plugins and turning them back on.
Same issue here when logged in as admin trying to access member profiles.

I see mention of whether or not any other fees should be taxable but nothing about removing taxes as a whole. I’d prefer to just get my custom code working, but if this does remove taxes from the entire order I’d use it. Is that mentioned anywhere I’m not seeing?

Wow, the update broke many sites and no response from the developer. Time to find another plugin.
Re-reading this. Saying I’ve completely lost trust is a bit harsh. I’m just shocked that so much got messed with in this recent update.

So it looks like you just migrated the website from local to server. I don’t work for UM but here are a couple of things I would try.
Resave your permalinks.
Then set the account page in the ultimate member settings.
