In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] List of abandoned cart with no email@camouyer can you share screenshots of the settings cart settings (under the settings tab)?
As for the abandoned cart history not being migrated from the lite to pro version, you’ll need to run the migration feature for this. You can find it in the plugins list. Screenshot reference here: https://imgur.com/a/RTZuW84

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] List of abandoned cart with no emailHi @camouyer
Thank you for reaching out.
Can you confirm if you have the “Do not track carts of guest users” option activated? If yes, deactivate it and let me know how it goes. You can find the option in WooCommerce >> Abandoned Carts >> Settings >> General >> Cart Settings.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] PHP 8.x deprecated messageHi @bigredseo
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will look into the info message and make changes to our plugin where necessary.
Cheers
Hi @brownsurfing thanks for sharing the video. You can get a refund if the pro doesn’t work for you as expected, but I am optimistic it will work for you.
@gaiafe the automatic option isn’t available at the moment, but we will add it to the list of features to implement and add to our plugin in the near future.
@brownsurfing this is only possible on the pro version and not the lite version, as dynamic delivery setup is currently not supported on the lite version.
In that case, the abandoned cart will be correctly captured without any issues.
Hi @gaiafe just to be sure I understand your point clearly, you want the system to apply the input fields differently for the two (2) products (as individual products) instead of once as a single input field for the two products together.
If this is the case, you’ll need to add the first product with the input fields filled out, and then add it to the cart. You’ll repeat the process the second time, this time with different input field details. This will create a situation where the two products are added to the cart separately.

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] Extra time for preparationHi @mhb can you be a bit more explicit with the request? Are you asking if it will be possible to add the delivery time slots and use alongside the estimated delivery time feature?

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Need InformationI sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Yes, our Abandoned Cart plugin and the deletion of carts go hand in hand. Ours doesn’t just delete carts from the backend; it also takes the listings off the frontend so that the carts are no longer accessible on the frontend.
So rest assured that the cart deletion will work just the way you expect it to once you make the switch.
I hope this helps.
@kristinubute may I ask how many currency options are currently active on your site? Another angle is that this could also be coming from bots. If you can remember, that is still also an issue, at least to an extent.

In reply to: [Product Input Fields for WooCommerce] layout to be optimized@nickopbm Unfortunately, the only other way is to get into the code and effect the change. Kindly give me some time to look into this to see if there is anyway this can be worked on. In the meantime, can you share the affected product page link?

In reply to: [Product Input Fields for WooCommerce] layout to be optimizedHI @nickopbm
You can change the field positioning on the General Settings page. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Product Input Fields >> General. The options you’ll need to work with here are under the ‘frontend options’.
I hope this helps.
For the lite version, follow this steps WooCommerce >> Abandoned Carts >> Settings >> General Settings >> Start tracking from Cart Page.
You can use Lightshot to take the screenshots.
You can find the option by navigating to WooCommerce >> Abandoned Carts >> Settings >> General >> Cart Settings >> Start tracking from Cart Page. Please note that this option is only available in the pro version.
Regarding the WooCommerce Price Based on Country plugin; our plugin doesn’t convert currencies either on the checkout page or in the reminder emails. What it will instead do is display the exact same currency that the cart was abandoned in the reminder email. So this means that if the cart was abandoned in EUR, the currency in the reminder email will also be in EUR.
Please advise about the contents of info displayed in your plugin … Some of the pricing are NOT showing correctly as per the product real pricing. HOW could that occur ?
Can you share screenshots or basically any information that will help me understand the issue we’re dealing with here better?
