@orrvault & @prabhat4real…I saw the below comment from one of the users here and it helped me resolve the issue. @wclovers please try to be a little more helpful with support. Not everyone is that technical…this is an issue I have noticed a lot of users seem to face. You should have been able to debug by now and have a few fixes lined up for users to at least tryout.
COPIED COMMENT
Hi, This can happen if you use Wordfence. If you have it installed: 1 – Look in WordFence tools – look for the item listed with a red dot (probably listed as /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php). Use the eye icon on the right hand side of the listing to view it. Then click “Add param to firewall allow list”. 2 – Then, for good measure, set Wordfence to Learning Mode. WordFence > All Options > Basic Firewall Options > Learning mode. 3 – Log in as a Vendor / Test vendor, edit a product and submit. All will be working fine. Hope this helps, J
@website-update-services your comment here is a lifesaver, thank you! I had reached out to their support within the week about vendors not being able to upload products and they didn’t have any helpful solution. Just randomly came across your comment here, followed the instruction and it now works fine!
@prabhat4real I just got a response now. The issue is not yet resolved but hopefully, they can help with figuring out a fix.
Hi, thanks for your response.
I’ve checked my woo-commerce error log and none of the fatal errors was related to WCFM. I also checked my console and there were no errors being reported. My website link is https://www.creativesauction.com. If you can please help double-check if you find any errors.
It does work if I submit as admin from the WCFM dashboard.
