Hi angelo_nwl,
Thanks for the reply. I have checked the site but don’t know why you are getting a 500 page error as everything seems to be working fine from my end.
Please find some links to some of the events on the site,

Thanks.
Hi cainmin_nwl,
Please find below a link to the site with a day that has not passed.

Also below is a page with links to various events registration.

Thanks and appreciate the help so far.
Hi cainmin_nwl,
Here is an actual link to test what I am trying to solve. In the bookings page, if a user registers, the form doesn’t clear the input fields after submission. The payment gateway can be seen as an hyperlink under the bookings sub-heading. If a user clicks on the link, it directs them to the bank website.

Thanks.
Hi cainmin_nwl,
Very sorry for the late reply. The payment gateway from beanstream.com was added to the page through an hyperlink which was added on the Booking/Registrations description textarea field when adding an event on the back end. This is actually how the hyperlink looks like on the description field
<div class=”register-now”>Click HERE to PAY NOW and get 5% discount.</div>
Could it be the one causing the problem?
Thanks again for your help so far.
Hi @caimin_nwl,
I am not actually using any payment gateway. The payment transaction is just a link to the banks website.
Hi zeubest,
Not yet. Haven’t been able to make progress on the problem. I am still waiting for @ cainmin_nwl if has got any solution.
Hi caimin_nwl,
Thank you very much. This is a link to the site I am currently trying to rectify the problem.

Please note that the site has a lot of event registration but this is just one of them. Thank you very much.
Hi cainmin_nwl,
Thanks for the feedback. I have tried using the default twenty seventeen theme and the problem still persist. Like I said earlier, this does not happen for loggedin users only anonymous users trying to book an event. If users are logged in, the success message goes through. But I don’t users trying to book an event to always register.
Thanks for the feedback. It is very much appreciated.
Hi NetwebLogic_Support,
Thank you very much for your reply. Yes I had already done what you instructed by deactivating the other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. What I noticed again was that the booking forms only shows the success message for login users. I am yet to try switching to the default theme but I don’t really think that is the problem.
Hi patrickbln,
Thanks for your support. Please update me if you can resolve the issue. I would keep trying on my site to see if I can get it resolved and update on results as well.
Thanks Guys.
