Well I see that the plugin is not activated. However, after attempting to activate it, I receive the following error “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in /home/content/p/a/r/parents4/html/ppsmeridian/wp-content/plugins/wp-survey/library/survey/s8v/Application.php on line 5”

Any advice……

Is there anyway to determine if I have the correct plugin..I am sure I do though because when I visit the plugin page it goes directly to the SurveyMe Plugin plus it connects me to this community board. Make sense.

Can you at least guide me as to how to get there? I don’t see that tab under “manage survys” link.

I found it…the “base64_decode”…how do I proceed. Any documentations or guides available on how to move forward.

Are there any .php files that I should begin to look through to determine if I have been hacked?

I don’t know PHP, so do you know what should I be looking for.

Thanks MichaelH! I removed the exclude=24 and the suggestions link is now appearing in the nav bar. However, I wanted to know if something has changed since WordPress vesrion 2.7.1 that requres me to remove the suggesions page ID from that statement. The reason I ask is because the manual that was developed by the communications group to develop WordPress websites requires me to include the suggestions ID in that statement. Just wondering….

Thanks MichaelH! I found the following argument in the header template (header.php):

<?php wp_list_categories(‘exclude=3,4,1&title_li=’ ); ?>

24 represents the ID number associated with the Suggestions page, which isn’t showing up in the navigation bar. Any other suggestions?
