In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast Breaks Wpbakery Backend editorSame.
I am using Leanrdash and my courses are built with WP Bakery. Yoast SEO breaks WP Bakery so you can’t edit it. It moves the code into the WordPress editor.
You have to go in options and disable Yoast SEO from all the post and page types that it breaks. Disable Yoast SEO Meta Box from the post type you want.
They need to address these updates as there’s no SEO for courses in Learndash. Big Fuck up.

ok lets start again.
simple instructions in how to style ultimate members in a child theme scenario.
Do you use the main theme css or copy files over?
What is the folder structure? What files are copies and what code is used so it is recognised.Really sad Ultimate Member developers don’t care.
Yes, I meant how to apply all this to a child theme. What files and what do so it recognises the styling from the child theme css.
@bonomonster for us non tech people, what file, in what folder do you add this code and exactly where in the file? Thanks.
Buddy press is 10 years out of date and worse than ultimate member. These people are really out of touch. 99% of people just want the basics. They should have done an envato style $20 6 months of support thing for the free plugin.

I guess they’re not serious in replacing the hideous buddy press. It was a seriously stupid/retarded/suicide move. They really don’t care. They don’t even reply.
I can’t believe they would shoot themselves in the foot and destroy their own business. Most won’t have a clue to customise this.
Can you at least show an example please?
If I go to my main css theme style sheet and add a font size change in ultimate member,
the changes don’t happen. That’s not true. Buddy Press allowed it. I switched to Ultimate Member and the option is gone. Please advise. Thank you.
This is too complicated just to make some simple css changes like padding, font size and colour. There’s no solution for users to do this?
That won’t work for most people’s child theme.
Could you at least provide a tutorial so people can add the css into their child theme to do their customisations please?
