@luul although it appears they were working hard to resolve the issue, I found that communication from the support team was rather slow.
Though Support chose to communicate with others and not me, I was the one who started this thread but I didn’t hear anything from them until they re-requested admin access this morning.
Posting a simple download link to an older version here would have minimized the impact of the issue.
This whole incident makes me wish we could just download and save update zip files instead of using WD_Manager. At least we’d have a back-out strategy.
