I am using the plugin “Insert Headers and Footers” to insert the Facebook Pixel script in the header but even if I deactivate the plugin the icons are not there.

If I swap to the original theme, not the child theme the icons show up.

Yes, I do. I am using the child theme and the social buttons are presented only on the footer but not in the header near the search field.

Same here and I cannot log in to the WordPress because of this error.

Regenerated the thumbnails and it works fine now.

I have mostly the same issue, contacted Divi’s support and they told me to try this plugin “Force Regenerate Thumbnails”. Tested on new WP with 4 images and when you set the image sizes you must regenerate thumbnails and works. I think it is a slow process and I need to do this to a website with 1700 images. After a few minutes will be started and see how many hours it will take. You can try and see if this will helps you.

This plugin works too – Regenerate Thumbnails, I think it’s a little bit faster.

Actually the plugin is wokring fine and prints the content. Manually we can run the open function and it’s ok but we have found that Google Tag Manager JS file (https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js) has onclick function on document too which breaks the onclick for the plugin. When we stop the JS for GTM the plugin opens the menus onclick without problems. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this because we need both?

Yeah, 3.1.12 works fine. Thanks for the fix.

There is no error, only the page with the information that I have upgraded to 3.1.11.1 with all fancy information about the plugin and when I click on different section, for example Settings, Themes or Plugins I was redirected again to the successfull installation/upgrade page of the plugin.

The PHP version of the server is 7.0.19.

If you want I can share image but this won’t help you at all because you know how the upgrade page looks like. Even when I click on a button on this page I am redirected to the same page.

The bug is in 3.1.11.1 too.

I know how to disable plugin through the FTP.

The question is, when you release the hotfixed version how should we proceed with the enabling/installing the plugin again and keep the configurations. Are they in the database or we should install again the plugin and make everything manually again ?
