Thank you for your inquiry. Could you please double-check whether the presence of shipping packages actually impacts this issue? Based on the information provided, it seems the behavior is occurring within the WooCommerce shipping zones code, which is not utilized by the shipping packages plugin.
Please let us know your findings, and we’ll be happy to assist further.
Best regards,
1TeamSoftware SupportThank you for your feedback. We’ve carefully reviewed your ticket, and while we found no issues with the support provided, we do understand your concerns. Our support team was actually offering an enhanced level of assistance—typically reserved for users of the PRO version—even though you’re using the free version of the plugin.
We respect your decision to withhold any information you weren’t comfortable sharing. However, the data you provided did not match the screenshots, which is why our support representative requested additional details. They wanted to ensure that there weren’t any other underlying issues affecting the rates. This level of in-depth support is generally available to customers who subscribe to the PRO version of our plugin.
As for the rates, it’s important to note that plugin can’t guarantee “accurate rates” because the rates are returned directly by the carrier’s API, based on the information sent from your website. That being said, our PRO version includes advanced features like box packing, which can significantly improve the accuracy of the dimensions and weights used in rate calculations—often leading to more precise shipping quotes that closely align with your actual shipping costs.
Best regards,
1TeamSoftware SupportThank you for your feedback. We understand the importance of accurate shipping rates for your business and regret the issues you encountered. However, it’s important to clarify that the rates displayed by our plugin are returned directly by the carriers based on the weight and dimensions provided by your website. Any discrepancies are likely due to incorrect weight or dimensions set for the products.
In the screenshots and logs you provided, we noticed that the weight and dimensions between what was quoted in ShipStation and the live rates did not match. This discrepancy is unrelated to our plugin itself, which simply facilitates communication between your website and the carriers—it does not modify or adjust the rates provided by the carrier, unless adjustments are set by the user.
We offered to help investigate further, but without the necessary access and cooperation, we are unable to assist in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, you chose not to collaborate, which has limited our ability to help.
Please keep in mind that this is a free plugin, and despite our efforts to support you, the lack of cooperation has prevented us from reaching a resolution.
Best regards,
1TeamSoftware SupportUnfortunately we don’t have a capability to provide you with the temporary license. Please kindly use https://1teamsoftware.com/contact-us/ for any communication regarding PRO version of the plugins.
This forum is only for FREE versions of the plugins.- PRO version of the plugin should handle dynamic prices.
- We will look in adding the ability to skip products without a price.
Thanks!
1TeamSoftware SupportHi there,
Thank you for reaching out!
Based on your description, it sounds like our https://1teamsoftware.com/product/woocommerce-package-orders/ plugin could be a great solution for you. This plugin can split an order into multiple orders based on shipping class and display a customized Thank You page listing the new orders. It also sends separate emails for each sub-order.
If this solution doesn’t meet your needs, you might need to explore some custom coding to handle the appropriate hooks and achieve the desired outcome. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide specific advice on custom coding.
Best Regards,
1TeamSoftware SupportThanks a lot for reaching out. We have noted your feature suggestion and plan to implement it in one of the upcoming releases of the PRO version of the plugin.
Hi,
It looks like the plugin is caching the list of classes in the WordPress transients. If you’re using a caching plugin, clearing its cache might solve the issue. You can also try using the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/transients-manager/
plugin to manage and clear transients.
I hope this helps!
Best regards,

Plugin Features and Functionality: We regret that the plugin did not meet your specific needs for duplicating services. Typically there is only one option of the same type can be displayed and returned by the service provider. There is a workaround for that which is to use shipping zones that allow to specify multiple entries for the same shipping method and it will allow you to achieve exactly the same results.
FedEx Home Delivery options are determined by FedEx and are based on the address used, which is beyond the plugin’s control.
Regarding the suggestion to use zone usage, we understand that this might not have suited your particular setup, and we appreciate your feedback. We are always looking for ways to enhance our product and will take your comments into consideration for future updates.Product Description and Flexibility: We strive to provide detailed descriptions of all features on our website. Our plugin is designed to utilize best practices in WooCommerce and to offer a high degree of flexibility. Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the delay in responding. We have tested the issue you mentioned but were unable to replicate it. Could you confirm if you were using WooCommerce Blocks Checkout? If so, we recommend updating to the latest version of the plugin to see if that resolves the issue.
What plugin do you use for local pickup?
It sounds that it might be potentially forcing the selection of itself because of some bug.
Does it have a feature / setting to make it a default selection?
In ShipStation Shipping plugin we aren’t forcing shipping method selection hence it has absolutely no control over that, but we know that you can communicate the selection programmatically if needed. We have just recently uploaded a new version of the plugin that declares compatibility with WP 6.5+.
Please note that our plugin is unrelated to Octolize, if you’d like to discuss your project in more details, please contact us at https://1teamsoftware.com/contact-us/
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding the generation of multiple packing slips. At present, we do not have knowledge of any available plugins that directly offer this functionality. However, one potential workaround could be to create separate orders for each package by utilizing the Package Orders plugin available at https://1teamsoftware.com/product/woocommerce-package-orders . This method could help in achieving your requirement for multiple packing slips.
We’re more than willing to explore the development of a custom solution tailored specifically to your requirements for a fee. But it may involve a higher investment compared to existing plugins.
Feel free to reach out at https://1teamsoftware.com/contact-us/ to discuss your project in more detail.when the order total is $150, and we apply a coupon code, for example, a 15% discount code, the order total now becomes $136.43, and NO SHIPPING OPTION shows up.
Please note we can’t possibly know what can be wrong just based on the description, but unless you have a plugin that by any reason can hide shipping methods, the issue is likely related API not returning rates for the heavier (bigger package).
Please try to uncheck “combine boxes” in the settings of the plugin. It also doesn’t let you finish the order, because we haven’t selected any shipping method.
WooCommerce typically won’t allow to checkout physical products without selecting any shipping option.
The plugin operates by retrieving and presenting data from the ShipStation API. API can’t control which settings to use to return the rates.
