Please update plugin (install new version 1.0.21) it has been fixed. Let us know if issue will persist or if you will observe any other issues.

We’ve looked into the issue and fixed one place where our plugin was causing a bit of the delay because the long list of terms loaded.

Other issue appears not to be related to shipping packages

1 – Did you try to run WooCommerce Shipping Packages with Dokan disabled? I’m wondering if it might be the same conflict issue as #2.

We’ve added ability to group items by free shipping, so just update your group by rule and I think that you should get the result you are looking for.

New version of the plugin should be available now.
