I just can’t fix my problem ?? I have a plugin called wp_movie_ratings. I implement that in my functions.php as a widget by using the code “register_sidebar_widget”. Somehow the numbering of the widget doesn’t work this way, no matter what I try. I’ve moved the widget in the admin area to the hidden widget area but still no results.

Do you have any hint? I don’t care if I have to hardcode the <div id=”..”> for that single widget but what id and class does it actually have to have to be implemented as a tab correctly?

Thanks for the update! I’ve realised that the previously described problem wth tabs not showing and messing up the whole thing depends on the widget. There are some widgets that don’t work correctly. The Movie Ratings is one of them. Gotta check for a new version there.

By the way: When using the post content and trimming that to a specific amount of characters there are some issues with special characters. German umlauts for example get somehow cut off weirdly so that the page doesn’t validate anymore. The “cut” character also looks weird, it’s some sort of symbol instead of ?, ? or ü.

First thanks for the updates, pretty cool! I love the new way to implement the tabs and accordions!

There are problems with the tabs though… I’m using WordPress 2.8.5 and newest php version.

I see the tabs titles as “tabs” but I can’t really click and the content of the tabs is shown beneath each other – so no tabs-function at all..

I don’t get any errors in Firebug and think that there shouldn’t be any plugin-conflicts as I’ve been using all active plugins a long time now and there was a time when tabbed widgets worked perfectly ??

On the right side there is a section “Pers?nliches” and within that there should be 2 tabs, one called “Musik”, the other “Filme”.

There is another problem in the admin area: I can’t untick the “cycle through tabs” and “choose random start tab” option anymore. As soon as I unclick the options and hit “Save” they are activated again.

I just figured some weird problem: the created links aren’t working because the tag is “ws” and not my Associate ID. I’ve checked my credentials and everything turned out to be fine there..

I love the new version but well.. the locale stuff doesn’t work. It always searches on amazon.com – but just change the “.com” in line 465 an it works fine!

Hi again! Thanks for the updates! As I’m runnning PHP 5 everything seems to run fine.. mostly. There is one big problem though – I’m wondering if anyone else has it. As soon as I have WP-dTree Plugin running, ELA doesn’t show up anymore!? So there must be some sort of conflict.

First I thought it’s the prototype and scriptaculous javascript but with manual loading of the two JS files and deactivated WP-dtree everything works fine. So I have no clue what the problem actually is ?? Any idea?

Oh I would love to get the 2.8 working version, too! Anatman, can you put it online somewhere or mail it?
