Using a fresh install it seems to work with the Twenty Twenty-One theme.

But I have weird issue, on page load, I can see the mobile view for one second and then changes to desktop view. Is this normal?

Hello, I have same problem but with version 3.0.5:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_display_flag() on null in /wp-content/plugins/polylang/frontend/frontend-nav-menu.php:119

I’ve tried automatic update from WordPress and manual update with FTP. Same problem every time.

Is there any solution?

The problem is here: wp-client-logo-carousel.php:94.
Change line 94:
remove_meta_box( 'postimagediv', 'post', 'side' );
with:
remove_meta_box( 'postimagediv', 'client-logo', 'side' );
