To access the site, I did rename the Wordfence files to disable the plugin, via the cPanel file manager.
After that I deleted and installed the plugin, which did not solve my problem.
I went into the Firewall Settings removed a recent IP address string that I added.
While my problem is no longer present, removing the IP address string should not have impacted my access as the IP address string was not even close to my IP address.
I continue to monitor the site to make sure this does not reoccur.
Found the cause. I did some testing using different USB cords to tether and while none of the various USB cords fixed the problem, when I connected via Blue Tooth, the visual editor and tabs appeared.
I then looked at the settings for the USB connection and one of them “hide tether usage from carrier” was checked. When I switched to none, everything worked out fine. While I may have thought this was Sprint related, it was actually the PDAnet app on my laptop that was causing the problem when using USB tether mode.

I was not aware that this step needed to take place. Once I hit Save Changes here after installing the plugin and making the changes to the plugin settings, it fixed the issue.
