However it will be great, if you will show on the export page some notice, which plugin data can’t be exported via your export tool, and some info how to proceed with this data. It will be very useful for beginners, who can get troubles with such stuff, expecting full export, not partial.

BTW, in case that your sever reply code is not 200 or 301, but 40x or 50x it’s for sure not user’s problem.
My suggestion is keep one proxy server for the project, and in case of 403 try to reach via proxy. If it works, that its problem of the hosting or IP is banned. So users will not loose 3-4 h as I did yesterday to find that the problem is on the google edge…

@jamesosborn Im too lazy to fill in forms. This 403 found by curl execution (not depending by site but by ipv6) in friendhosting.net provider but _only_ on VPS in location Prague. Also found on o2 (internet provider, not hosting) in 2 locations in Prague.

In my case the problem was that requests via ipv6 returns 403, but ipv4 works fine.
Finally I turned off vpv6 on my VPS hosting and now its runs good.

Suggestion for @apoorvsam007:
If you can open ssh console, test your connection using this command:
curl -I https://sitekit.withgoogle.com
if you will get 403 error, you should contact your host provider

As I read on Github, that problem some time ago was on Frankfurt server location.
Today I found that in server location in Prague there is the same problem (4 servers checked).
Seems that some IPs blocks were banned on google side.
Any ideas?

Yes I was seeing on one of the webs files 2019 and 2020, but all the permissions were correct (im linux administrator)

However I already started migration process on all my webs to another plugin: Merge + Minify + Refresh

Im wrote about that as I see in many cases the most useful thing would be:
1. back-end: extend basic WP image class
2. admin panel: adding image source data and URL in media
3. front-end: retrieve source data for individual images and (much better) return it as additional part of the image object

However as one more suggestion could be one more version of the plugin, let’s say “lite” or even drop-in, not a plugin:
Just extension for Media to save source and source URL’s to media library, and a class to extend basic WP image metadata for the front-end.

It would be light and vey useful, especially if the webmaster does not need to keep/ show the list of all media on the page to show it separately.
