I don’t want to influence your decission regarding e-commerce platform, but it would be good to see what is really happening on your installation.

this error means that you have jigoshop store toolkit plugin enabled while jigoshop itself isn’t. This plugin appareantly doesn’t have safety check if jigoshop is enabled or not.
What to do: rename jigoshop-store-toolkit directory to disable this plugin manually. You should have access to admin panel back thenForum: Plugins

Do you mean that your server is not capable of handling the website? If that’s the issue – let us know via [email protected], maybe we’ll be able to offer better hosting for same/similiar price.We use jigoshop on multiple high traffic websites and the code was already optimised to serve them well. However, you can always be better in that and further improvements are on their way!

What do you mean as fail variation matching?
Are you sure everything is set up correctly?
It is used in shops with thousands variation items and none issues like that were reported before.

If possible, try to do video conferrence with user with issues to see what’s really happening. At least try to check with him/her the browser version – maybe it’s some ancient IE that has js issues?
