most probably it’s your theme CSS file overwriting jigoshop standard css file. You can check/fix it with “inspect this element” in Chrome or Firefox broser. If you’d need help with fixing styling issues – contact us via [email protected] with your site address.

Did you asked the user how it looked from his/her perspective? Trying to purchase 2x? refreshing browser window with purchase the next day or something like that?
Let us know if you’d know such details. In general, there are security tools to prevent such situation within code and we have not other notification of such issue, so I’d suggest not to worry much about this one-time occurance.

In general, products are separate custom post type. You can do with them everything same as you can with normal pages, but if your theme offers some functionality only for “pages” post type – you would need to extend it.

The error is given by it’s function so best way to solve it would be to contact theme author.

You can reach attributes attached to product with construction similiar to

$_product = new jigoshop_product( $post->ID );
$_product->get_attribute('NAME')

You’d need to use javascript to track change of variation choosen and then basing on choice – change html of choosen DOM element.

Are you sure you’re adding images as featured images? If yes – they should not appear in content. It may be as well the way your theme is handling featured images.

please check if it occurs with newest jigoshop version – there is our fix for similiar issues implemented.
In case it still occurs – we’d need your Jigoshop System Info for verification (plase send it to [email protected])
