– you have problem with not loading jquery or loading it twice with different versions

as affilate shop – you only link to original shop, right?
in that case you set up your products to external and in link you add affiliate id so it would be https://…/product/…/?affilate=…

There were major changes in jigoshop 1.9.x and some of plugin authors didn’t updated their plugins yet.

If you need it to work urgently – you can try with jigoshop 1.8.6 which can be downloaded from there: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/jigoshop/developers/
