it usually is but could be disabled in admin panel/by your theme. Good to hear it’s solved!

Try switching off other plugins/switching theme to standard one to see if it’s none of these things causing your issue

if you have lot of products/orders happening – maybe it’s just time to move to dedicated hosting.
if it’s not much orders and products – it can be theme. You can try switching to something else/disabling some sidebars etc.
To know more – let us know what was real reason behind ban – too much/slow mysql queries? any other resources overuse? If you have any details from host – that would be helpful.

We added to our to-do list for 2.0/2.1 rewrite of mails including possibility to enable/disable each and edit it’s content easily.

@echosofopal we are checking the issue with that plugin. for now, if it’s crucial for your business, you can downgrade to 1.8.6 by simply overwriting files.

there is always a chance that something may be a problem with your setup/theme/plugins that we didn’t notice before, but all major issues are fixed now.

In case of troubles, you can always revert to 1.8.6 – simply overwrite the files

on shop pages you should be able to operate putting stuff to “jigoshop sidebar” that should appear in appearance/widgets.
If that didin’t happen – we’d need access to your site for further check. You can post it via [email protected]

– if you have enabled jwos – try disabling to check if it helps
– if you have in your theme “jigoshop” directory – try changing it’s name (note: it will remove changes your theme does to jigoshop outlook so it may change product page, cart and other jigoshop sites outlook). if that’s it – you may try to change name only for particular files within this directory to see which one is causing error
– if you have in your functions.php some functions with jigoshop in name – you may try removing them as well as they may be overwriting jigoshop ones.
every theme is different so it’s hard to provide more detailed instruction.
