We provide exceptional support and at time we do require access to help. It’s up to the individual if they want the help or not.

This is not done via WordPress support it done via or support portal, this is common practice when supporting any application on a web server.

We test our plugin using the default theme with limited plugin but we can not test every theme and every plugin for compatibility.

Any changes are are always authorized by the owner.

WordPress have changed the media library you need to view the Media Library as a list not a grid then you will see the optin to add it to the stage.

The last button in the toolbar enables editing or moving objects, if all the icons are greyed out you need to click the last icon.

The thank you page redirect happens in MailChimp, Optin Revolution Lite passes the email address to MailChimp then MailChimp is responsible for redirecting to the thank you page and sending any emails.
