Great! As soon as you’ve sent the details we will get on to resolving the issue and push out an updated version. Can you also provide your MailChimp html code in the support email so we can test.
Did you fill in the 3 feilds on MailChimp?

FYI. Version 1.0.2 uses the WordPress Media WordPress to add images and buttons to the WordPress Popup stage. There is a video tutorial which goes over adding images and button to the stage using the WordPress Media Library. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LMZqiRV-JE

Update: We are integrating WordPress media library so you can import directly to the popup stage from the WordPress media library, this will fix any permission issues as you will use the WordPress media library when uploading an images. The will be available in the next release.
