Addendum: Customer UPS billing is setup like it’s always been.

I get the same behavior. Animations won’t trigger before scrolling. I added a “footer” fix as described above but no joy. Version 2.0.16

GitHub reports the setup “bug” except it’s closed at the bottom which I can’t understand? Steps/wizard won’t complete. But this (re)setup BUG is ridiculous on shop that are setup and working. Seems like they flubbed something trying to sell plugins? Anyhow… disappointing and frustrating.
