yes on the back-end of wordpress on your dashboard goto pages and add a page. call it whatever you like, and add just a little something to the page to know it works then save and publish that page. let me know how that helps

If I am understanding you correctly, you are wanting to give the text on the white background more room left to right. it looks like you could give it a little bit of room by adjusting the CSS. A side from that it does not look like your theme will give you more room.
