Yes they are running and I did not start having this issue until 7/25 which is the first date shown on the debug logs on all of my sites.

Any update on this issue? It’s already been 2 weeks.

With this plugin on my site, forms do not get sent and when the site visitor clicks the submit button there is no indication that the submission has gone through or not. I can’t use this plugin at all.

No SMTP plugin is installed but it appears to be a conflict with the Heartbeat Control plugin which was installed recently.

I have the same problem. iThemes, do you have a fix for this or is this something you are not supporting? Please let us know so we can move on to a different plugin!

I would also like to add that BackupBuddy was working perfectly fine until after my issues with iThemes Security. What files or permissions may have been changed by iThemes Security that would not have been resolved by a complete site restore?

@zesty1 Not sure what you mean. Permissions on the plugin folder (under wp-content/plugins) is set to 755. wp-config file is 666.

Yes, I figured that out after I posted. I am just concerned now that every time the plugin is updated I will need to make sure my customizations are incorporated.

Today, I had an update notification. When I updated the plugin, I was able to open the Advanced tab. Note, you have to click on the text rather than the arrow.

I noticed I had an update and after I updated the Advanced Settings opened up. Thanks, I got it now.

When I click on advanced settings, the box doesn’t open up.
