What’s with that?
It’s still broken…

No solution..
I downgraded back to 5.7.2 with a downgrade plugin.
Now it works only in one browser in one computer but not in others.
I can’t even go out because it doesn’t work on my mobile phone.
The WP guys says it might be something with the version of the browser, telling me to update it, but it’s updated already and they insist… ??

I have the exact same bug and the exact same error messages in console

@macmanx I really appreciate you’re help but I see people reporting this bug all around, so it doesn’t seem to a be problem with my browsers.

This guy took over this thread, but no, it is not working, not on Chrome, not on Edge, not on Opera and not on FF.
Still shows blank page

As very clearly stated in my first reply to you:

“If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.”

Hi,
I did that, all plugins deactivated in troubleshooting mode, but it still shows white blank screen on page or post edit screen.
What else can be done?

It’s clearly something that is not working well in the 5.8 Wp update. You can try suggesting to deactivate plugins or install different themes, but that’s not a real solution. I have a large live website which I can’t just change its theme and deactivate its plugins. I also read in other threads that it did not work.
I think WordPress should quickly investigate and update to 5.8.1 with a clear and solid fix to this bug and not try to tell users to deactivate their plugins. The situation is very problematic now for a live website with hourly and daily news updates.

Just to emind: when cliking on the title in the story it works as expected. The problem is when clicking on the rest of the screen (see video plz).

Just install the plugin WP-Rollback, and then on the plugins list click on “Rollback” below the “Litespeed Cache” title. Than set it on version 3.4.2, let it load, and reactivate the plugin. It will fix the look of your website. Good luck!

1. Seems like it caused another error, on “wp-includes”,
