5 months later and my issue still isn’t resolved. At some point I’ll just have to ditch my site altogether. But sure, go help someone else first.

I’ve sent the support request through that form at least four times now.

It has not been resolved and using the form above garnered no response.

There’s no simpler way to do it? This process sounds like it runs the risk of erasing content from my site. And does this mean I’ll ALWAYS have to manually install?

My site is hosted through SiteGround. Is there some way they can fix this issue to avoid a manual install.
