How long do I have to wait to get help from NextGEN Pro’s support page. Does the support page really work?

I cannot use NextGEN Pro’s support-system because it does NOT support a website run on a LOCALHOST.

Here is the screenshot of NextGEN Pro’s support page, Please explain to me how am I going to use that support system if I am working from a LOCAL machine.

Is it possible to submit a support request from a localhost machine.

From my PC I get the following error;

• The website field is required
• The hosting provider field is required

but you should also consider using your member’s area to contact our Support team directly for any questions or concerns with NextGEN Pro.

I sent them a question BEFORE I started this post but NO response. Do you have an email to the support team? I am a NextGEN PRO Member and this support issue is a big concern
