Hi I checked that thread before posting but it was gibberish to me. Anyway, I have somehow solved the issue by deactivating and then re-activating the plugin. Thanks.

None of this helped with anything. Plugin still doesn’t work.

Basically when I try to download a free product using the ““Free Downloads WooCommerce” the pre-loader just loads and loads but the pdf doesn’t download. But when I change themes, the pdf downloads. I am on local server at the moment.

Thanks for your reply. It’s ok, I gave up on using the sidebar. It seems what I was trying to achieve cant be done with OceanWP free.

I am also having this problem with OceanWP. I never had a problem with other themes. Any idea what was wrong?

Hi, I think this was the problem:

“Please try to change the logo from the customizer under Layout > Header > Transparent Header.”

I have applied your advice as best as I can and I am still optimizing my website’s speed! “WebDefender Security – Protection & GDPR” is the plugin that was using PHP to load images. I deleted it and I went back to using Wordfence. There was an immediate change in my website’s speed. Please check if there’s an improvement on your side – this is the last time I ask this favor of you. Also I implemented this “You can try to choose the option to “preserve the order of css files” and now the, previously affected, icons are all showing properly. So thanks a lot.

It’s slow because I de-activated “Fast Velocity Minify” while waiting for your reply. Ill apply your suggestions later tomorrow.

Thanks for your insight into the loading time ans issues of my website. Can you suggest a great theme that doesn’t use cwsd.php? I am already using Autoptimize in conjunction with Fast Velocity Minify.

I de-activated a few plugins and it worked. I don’t really know which one was causing the issue but these three are the last plugins I de-activated: Duplicate Page, All-in-One WP Migration & BackupBuddy.
