To avoid this, you will need to whitelist the URL that is blocked, could you please tell us what is the URL of that page?

Sorry for the late reply as we were busy upgrading the software to version 2.0.

This issue should be caused by tye session setting in your php configuration, the session save path might not be correct, please try to edit your php configuration, and add the following:

session.save_path = PATH_TO_SAVE_SESSION

Please change the PATH_TO_SAVE_SESSION to a path that can save the session variables in your server, this will sort out the issue. We found some other users with the same issue and with the above solution the issues are resolved.

Sorry for the late reply. This should not happen, may we know that when you enter https://clickyfixie.com/, is there any redirecting plugin to redirect the URL to https://www.clicyfixie.com? We tested to access your website (clickyfixie.com) and did find a redirection. If this is redirected by other plugins, we believe this might be the reason.

Also, to remove the plugin, please try to delete all files in

WORDPRESS_PLUGINFOLDER/osefirewall

This will delete the whole plugin. However, we would be happy to help you sort out the issue if more information can be provided. Thank you in advance!:)

The issue is caused by the fact that, after the upgrade to 1.6.X, you will need to save the configuration in the backend again. Please try to save the configuration again, it should work properly and all errors should be gone.

Theoretially, it works on both Windows IIS and Apache because as long as your server can run PHP and MySQL, the script will work. It does not need .htaccess modification (which IIS does not support), so it should work.

Please try to test the function by logging off the admin page, the issue is that, if you are logged as the admin, the testing function might not work. ??

Which version are you using? Is it the latest version? Also, in the maximum tolerance configuration, what is the value you have entered? Please try to enter the value to 1 or 3 to see how it works?
