it worked, i double checked the site after deactivating the Cookie Plugin. then the buttons started working. so, i assumed the problem is with the cache settings. i used a preset option. without manually tweaking the options and tried and it worked. now cookie banner is loading on mobile. one more thing I have noticed that, it’s maybe not the button, button will work if we scroll the it up and click. But when the button is in the bottom half of the screen it does not work. And this affect not only the home screen other pages as well.
