Actually, connecting to wordpress brings the same issue. I will keep it disconnected for the time being.

Oh my! You are a real treasure, although you obviously didn’t read that I have changed to 2011 theme and it didn’t work.

I disabled Jetpack by WordPress and it appeared! It’s MAGIC! (the good old deactivation of plugins!)

The best part is – I activated it again and the comment box stayed visible. Perfect.

Can I give you a cookie and several more years to your already decided lifespan (I am a Shinigami after all)?

My news page/blog page is not a page actually, but the home page.
All “allow comments” options are checked on every post I checked (and pages, but this theme doesn’t show commenting on pages anyway). There is still no option to post on every one of those same posts.
