    Hi Tom,

    I wasn’t notified that you had responded here, so just saw this when I came to change the one star to 5, not only because the plugins deserve 5 stars (actually, to me, more than 5) but also because of the awesome support to help rectify the mistakes I made that kept me from being able to access my account and download the premium plugin!!! Thank you so so much!!!

    I forgot to add that I purchased the premium with my new email address. Maybe an email was sent to the one I no longer have, so that’s why I didn’t receive one after purchasing it and so can’t download the plugin. I need help so I can change this form 1 star to 5. I’m trying to get noticed for getting help. To me this is a 5 star plugin but I’ve no way to get help except here.

    Adding: Though I purchased the premium, I couldn’t use the support ticket. There’s nothing that shows I have purchased the premium it except in PapPal. I didn’t get an email from the Max Mega Menu showing that I purchased it. I tried logging in to my account to see if it showed something there but I can’t log in because the email address is for an email account I no longer have and I forgot to change the email address to my new account. It also doesn’t display a button for creating a new account.

    Raju I’ve not been able to reply to your email because I’m still getting a “550-JunkMail rejected” email when I reply. Below is the reply I tried to send you:

    I’ve not been able to create a temp admin account for you because ‘Administrator’ is missing from the role drop down list. I didn’t know it was missing from the list and I’ve not yet found a way to add it back.

    Thanks for using the video on a temp website. ?? When I checked it it quickly flashed a smaller image and then changed to the larger one. It did the same when refreshing the page.
