Форум поддержки работает оперативно – вопросы решаем, отвечаем тоже почти всегда. В вашем случае – вы тему создали ночью. Удалили с утра. Техподдержка просто не успела отреагировать. И не забываем что это были праздничные дни. Вы пришли на форум поддержки как обычный пользователь, а ведете себя как вип клиент перед которым у нас договор. Все в порядке очереди получают ответы на возникшие вопросы. Вопросы кастомизации конечно это отдельная тема для разговора – но тоже помогаем встроить и надстроить под проект – что в наших силах. И техподдержка на форуме работает не круглосуточно – надо это понимать.

Данный отзыв все же стоило вам писать опираясь на тот архив плагина, что идет, когда вы его скачиваете – там идет ядро плагина и 11 дополнений. Вы же перешли на всю экосистему WP-Recall. Ну это все равно как еслиб за плохой плагин ставить единицу самому вордпрессу. Или чтоб за купленный премиум плагин к вукоммерцу ставить единицу самому вукоммерцу…

Жаль что вы не воспользовались техподдержкой и полагаю документацию к плагину https://codeseller.ru/dokumentaciya-wp-recall/ не осилили самостоятельно.
Книга WP-Recall для новичка пока не готова, но уже те главы, что вышли: https://otshelnik-fm.ru/wp-recall-dlya-novichka-o-chem-eto-kniga-soderzhanie/ – помогли бы вам разобраться.

И почему не доработан на 80%? Что такое 100% и каких 80-ти процентов плагину не хватило? Почему более 3000 активных пользователей хватило возможностей плагина? Ваш отзыв – это конечно ваше дело, но он, мягко говоря, бредовый.

На данный вопрос вам ответит исполнитель задания. И по цене – тоже. Сразу на фриланс надо идти – ни разработчик WP-Recall ни я не работали с 1с и построенной на ней решениями

– нормально вы так завернули нестандартную задачу и хотите чтоб за вас ее уже решили. Все что касается синхронизации с 1с пишется индивидуально. Но плагин WP-Recall для этой задачи подойдет. Найдите лишь исполнителя, кто допишет недостающее

p.s. я видел как WP-Recall применяли для CRM – дописывали пару дополнений для взаимодействия с клиентами.
