Первые пару постов ушли как положено с прикреплением изображения, но последующие начали уходить уже без прикрепления изображения.

странно что он то берёт – то не берет изображения. WP-Recall еслиб не умел – то вообще ниразу не отправил бы с изображением. Или последующие разы вы не указали прикрепленное изображение или что-то сделали по другому.

т.е. надо вспоминать – чем отличались ваши действия в том случае когда отправка изображения была, с тем, когда её не было.
