The fix mentioned above worked fine, however I trawled through the whole site and still found some http references which I have now changed to HTTPS, everything is working fine now.

Thanks again for your advice, I have been through everything and can’t find the code in WordPress.
I have however changed a setting in the HTTPS, I removed a tick from Force SSL Exclusively, this seems to have cured the problem.

I have tried your solution, I have installed the premium version, run the tests and now have the green padlock, still does as above though, any other suggestions.
All seems OK in Firefox, Google however has the following:

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://intelligenceanalysistraining.com/feedback/’ was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form which targets an insecure endpoint ‘https://intelligenceanalysistraining.com/feedback/#FSContact2’. This endpoint should be made available over a secure connection.
ping?client_id=188707654478&domain=intelligenceanalysistraining.com&origin=1&redirect_uri=https%3A%…:1 Can’t load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.
