I figured out the problem: site’s subdomain was password protected.

The article suggests that once I’ve installed the Product Recommendation Quiz on a live website, I can hide it again and work on quiz incognito. How this works? I tested password protection and it affects the plugin once activated.

For the record, I solved the problem by enabling the Loco Translate plugin option “Enable Ajax file uploads”.

Obviously but I assume that deleting all WP Custom Admin Interface database tables and reinstalling it from scratch could do the trick?

I think problem was with Webcraftic Clearfy but I’m not sure. I already uninstalled it so that I can star over with WP HTML Mail.

Is there any database tables I should remove?

I doubt that the missing fields has anything to do with SMTP plugin.

I tried to change Application Submission Options in How to Apply tab and also instrutions field isn’t visible on page. Page doesn’t either show form anymore.
